Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, email support@iqmaxx.ing within 7 days of buying, with your Stripe receipt or the email address you paid with. We'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• After 7 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. It's faster for you, and we'd rather fix the problem directly.
