Scores by country
The average IQMaxx score of people who took the test, by the country they took it from.
Not enough tests yet. A country appears here once 25 people from it have taken the test.
Read this with care
- These are people who chose to take an online puzzle test, not a random sample. They tell you about our test takers, not about everyone in a country.
- Scores use this test's own for-fun scale, so they can't be compared with clinical IQ results.
- Country comes from where each test was taken from, based on internet location, and a country only appears once 25 tests come from it. The list updates as more people take the test.
Published "national IQ" tables, such as Lynn and Vanhanen's, are a different thing: researchers' estimates for whole countries. They're widely cited but also widely criticized, because many figures come from small samples that may not represent the country.
