Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Test data: your answers, time taken and computed score, stored under a random session ID.
• Activity log: timestamps, IP address, approximate country and browser user-agent for key steps (test started, test finished, checkout started, payment confirmed, results viewed).
• Purchase data: if you pay, Stripe sends us your name, email address, payment ID and amount. We never receive your card details.
• Certificate name: the name you type is used only to draw the certificate image and is not stored.

Why

• To score your test and show your results.
• To deliver what you bought, including one email with the link to your result, and to provide support and refunds.
• To prevent fraud and to respond to payment disputes and chargebacks (our legitimate interest), using the activity log as a record of delivery.

Sharing

We use Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (sending the result email). We don't sell your data or use advertising trackers. Share links you create show only your score, never your name or email.

Retention

Purchase records and activity logs are kept for up to 24 months to handle refunds and disputes, then deleted. Unpaid test sessions may be deleted sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted by emailing support@iqmaxx.ing. We may keep records we are legally required to retain.

Cookies and storage

We don't use tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps your in-progress test and a link to your last result on your device.
